3. Account Registration

You must be at least 16 years old to use iHQmail services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We recommend using strong, unique passwords and enabling all available security features. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Account Recovery

Due to our zero-knowledge architecture, we cannot recover or reset your password. You are solely responsible for maintaining access to your account recovery information.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use iHQmail services to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or phishing attempts
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in illegal activities or promote violence
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate others
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to bypass security measures or exploit vulnerabilities
• Share content that exploits minors in any way

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

6. Subscription and Payment

The Simulation Protocol (free trial) provides limited access for 15 days. No credit card is required.

6.2 Paid Subscriptions

6.3 Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted to support@ihqmail.com within 30 days of initial purchase.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, which may temporarily affect availability. We will provide advance notice when possible.

8. Intellectual Property

iHQmail and its associated trademarks, logos, and content are the property of iHQmail. You may not use our branding without written permission. Your content remains yours — we claim no ownership over emails or data you create.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iHQmail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of our services.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms without prior notice. Upon termination, your data will be securely deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
